This is another short assignment (more intensive ones will come).

This assignment should be between 600 and 800 words and there are plenty of accessible articles available on the subject but make sure you cite your sources.

Summarize the reasons that some scientists think there is good cause for "Runaway Methane Global Warming". Also summarize some of the past geological evidence for past runaway events (e.g. methane burps). Finally, conclude whether or not, based on your research, you think this is a serious concern.
